About Us

Decann’s European opened in August of 2007. Our philosophy is to provide excellent service and to treat each customer like a member of our family.  Our staff has a wide variety of knowledge spanning the European, Japanese and American manufacturers.

 

Decann is a certified BMW technician with over a decade of experience in repairing not only BMW, but Mercedes, Audi, Volvo and Volkswagen. Automobiles are in his blood. He actually began working on vehicles before he had a driver’s license. His first vehicle was a 1968 Chevy pickup which incidentally, he still owns. Decann stays pretty busy operating our shop, but when he has free time, he enjoys reading technical journals, learning about the latest automotive repair techniques, outdoor sports and raising Mandy and Cooper, his two bull terriers.

 

Jessica, Decann’s wife and co-owner, has been involved with the business since August of 2008, she keeps us organized and running as smooth as possible. She was a physical therapist assistant for almost a decade before joining Decann in their family business. Jessica’s energy is endless and she spends a lot of time in the community informing the public about all we have to offer. She is our goodwill ambassador. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her nieces and nephews as well as volunteering for various causes.

 

Ryan is our lead technician. He has over a decade of experience with Chrysler and was a class four (master) technician before joining our team. He has experience in repairing most  vehicles and starts and ends the day with a positive attitude. In his free time, he enjoys riding quads among other outdoor activities.
